Services

SOCIAL SECURITY

  • Registration of the company with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, and with its corresponding Workers’ Accident Insurance Mutual (Mutua).
  • Registrations, deregistrations, and changes for employees via electronic submission through the RED system.
  • Registrations and deregistrations in special Social Security schemes.
  • Preparation of Social Security contribution filings, electronic submission of the nominal list of employees, and direct debit of settlements via the RED system.
  • Deferral of Social Security contributions in both the voluntary (ordinary) and enforcement (executive) stages.
  • Processing matters with the National Social Security Institute (INSS) or the Mutua, including sick leave, fit-for-work, and confirmation reports.
  • Filing workplace accident reports through the DELTA system.
  • Queries and reports on the company and its employees, as well as related certificates.

PAYROLLS

  • Preparation of payslips, extra salary payments, back pay, directors’ payroll, severance payments, and settlement/final pay (finiquitos).
  • Analysis of costs per employee. Workforce reports and summaries.
  • Preparation of personal income tax (IRPF) withholdings—resident and non-resident—for employees and professionals, as well as withholding certificates.

CONTRACTS

  • Pre-employment assessment prior to hiring, including applicable bonuses and subsidies.
  • Drafting employment contracts, extensions, amendments, and job offers, as well as filing them with SEPE.

OTHER BENEFITS

  • Processing of labor-related subsidies.
  • Representation before the SMAC (conciliation service).
  • Acting on the company’s behalf before the Social Security General Treasury, the INSS, and the Labour Inspectorate.

You must register the employee with Social Security, formalize the employment contract in writing (when required), register the contract with SEPE, comply with occupational risk prevention regulations, and comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Yes, but the dismissal must be legally justified. There are different types of dismissal (disciplinary, objective, collective), and each one requires meeting specific requirements. We recommend having legal advice to avoid disputes or penalties.

A collective bargaining agreement sets the minimum working conditions (wages, working hours, rest periods, holidays, etc.) applicable to employees in a given sector or company. You must always comply at least with what is set out in the applicable agreement.
