What do you have left when you’ve lost everything? Literally nothing, and that is very hard. In those moments, support and closeness become essential.
In the midst of the devastation, the whole of Spain has been involved in what has happened and it has been truly admirable, but we would like to highlight two key aspects that for us have marked a before and after.
- A young generation, often criticised and misunderstood, has been the first to unhesitatingly reach out to help. They have shown us all an example of empathy that we should take note of.
- So many companies from all over Spain have been committed to the cause, we have gone from being simple brands to being human brands.
For us, human brands are those that, beyond words, demonstrate their commitment with actions. And yes, between all of us, we have been able to listen, understand and respond to the needs of a community that was crying out for help.
On behalf of the entire PEREZ DOMINGO team, Laura Soriano, Tere Pérez and Maika Fabra, went to Valencia CF’s Mestalla ground last Friday to collaborate with hygiene products, in the hope of being able to alleviate a little of the suffering of the families who are still going through very complicated times.
We are committed to continue helping for this cause and at the same time, we feel tremendously proud of all the solidarity and support that has been shown in our country during all these days.
💙💛❤️ Thanks to all Spaniards for making the union a great fighting force and that as the anthem of Valencia says:“Tots a una veu, germans vingau”
