We are currently looking for a lawyer committed to ensuring compliance with legal regulations and providing comprehensive advice to our clients.

We want someone with a strong analytical approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and effectively apply current legislation. The ability to manage cases, draft legal documents and provide strategic advice will be essential in this role.

If you have experience in corporate law, litigation or legal advisory and possess clear and effective communication with clients, we want to meet you!

Main Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice in various areas of business law, including contracts, corporate law, taxation, intellectual property, and labor law.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Represent clients in negotiations and in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
Advise clients on the legal structure and strategies of their businesses.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional and personalized service.
Collaborate with other departments of the firm to provide clients with comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

Immediate availability.
Residence in Valencia.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business law.
Law degree and registration with the relevant bar association.
Extensive knowledge of applicable national and international laws and regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access).
Conversational English level.
A dynamic, proactive individual with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
A goal-oriented person with the ability to work autonomously and a high level of commitment.
