How do we imagine you?

At this moment, we are looking for a labor advisor who will ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations, providing comprehensive advisory services to our clients.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and effectively apply labor legislation. It is essential that you have skills in payroll management, contract preparation, and resolving labor queries.

If you have experience advising businesses and possess clear and effective communication with clients, we want to meet you!

Main Responsibilities:

Advise clients on all aspects of labor law and social security.
Draft and manage employment contracts, payroll, severance payments, social security, as well as personal income tax (IRPF) for both residents and non-residents, and other labor documentation.
Represent clients in collective negotiations and before labor authorities.
Stay updated with relevant legislative reforms and regulatory changes.
Assist clients in the labor planning of their companies, and propose improvements in internal personnel management processes.
Collaborate closely with other departments (Tax, Accounting, Legal) to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.
Participate in the training and development of other team members.
Prepare labor reports.

Requirements:

Immediate availability.
Residence in Valencia.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar or related position.
Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and social security.
Ability to work with payroll and human resources management tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access).
Knowledge of A3 programs, specifically A3NOM, is a plus.
Proficiency with the Red Siltr@ system, Sistema Delta, and Contrat@.
Conversational level of English.
A dynamic, proactive individual with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
A goal-oriented person with the ability to work autonomously and a high level of commitment.
