Does that phrase sound familiar?
It’s a very motherly piece of advice, but… it’s an absolute truth deserving of a Nobel Prize.
Time doesn’t wait, and neither does the Tax Office.
If you’re a business owner or self-employed, this post is for you.
The quarterly tax campaign (January-March) is already underway, and at PEREZ DOMINGO, we’re here to play that motherly role—warning you, insisting… and, if necessary, getting you out of a last-minute pinch.
Although, to be honest… Better to prevent than to pay the fine, right?
Two important things to keep in mind:
1 Deadlines
- If you want the payment to be made by direct debit: do it before April 15th.
- If you miss that deadline, you can still pay until April 20th, but you’ll need to do it manually with the NRC.
The last day to submit your returns is April 20th, 2025.
2 What you need to submit
- Income and Corporate Taxes: Withholdings and payments on account (Forms 111, 115, 117, 123, 124, 126, 128, 136, 210, 216, 230).
- Quarterly Payments for IRPF and Corporate Taxes: Direct estimation (130), objective estimation (131), and quarterly payments for non-residents (202, 222).
- VAT: Self-assessment (303), intra-community operations (349), and non-periodic returns (309, 308, 341).
- Special and Environmental Taxes: Non-reusable plastic packaging (592), fluorinated gases (587, A23), coal (595), and insurance premiums (430).
Too much information? Don’t stress.
If submitting taxes gives you a headache, we’ll give you peace of mind, security and commitment.
Because as a mother would say…
Don’t leave it for tomorrow if you can contact us today!
