We are currently looking for an administration professional capable of efficiently managing internal operations and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes.

We need someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in coordinating administrative tasks. Additionally, it is essential to have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be fundamental to our team, as efficient administration is key to building trust within our firm and with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

· Provide support to management and collaborate on all assigned tasks.

· Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate agendas.

· Draft administrative reports and process documents.

· Keep contact lists updated.

· Provide general support to clients.

· Offer comprehensive support to other departments and actively collaborate with them.

· Ensure the proper and efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:

· Residence in Valencia.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Administrative department.

· Degree in Administrative Management, Administration, and Finance.

· Intermediate or higher vocational training.

· Courses in administration and accounting.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access).

· Intermediate-high level of English.

· Intermediate-high level of French.

· Dynamic and proactive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Goal-oriented person capable of working autonomously with a high level of commitment.
