I still remember that post where we said:
We break the myth of “They only send us to make photocopies.”
And no, it wasn’t just a phrase to sound good.
It was a promise.
It was a way to express what it really means to add value. Real value.
Today, that promise has been fulfilled. Because Ana and Natalia are finishing their internship with us, and they are taking away much more than just a diploma.
They take with them learnings, conversations, first experiences, and above all, the feeling of having been a real part of a team that trusted them.
They didn’t come to make photocopies.
They came to grow.
And, without knowing it, they also helped us grow.
Together with Lora and Tere, they have lived their first real experience in the working world.
But they have also experienced something harder to measure:

✨ Making a real contribution.
You know what? That’s not taught in any university.
From day one, we knew they weren’t here to “watch how work is done.” They came to live what it means to be part of a team.
We didn’t give them tasks, we gave them trust.
We didn’t give them a desk, we gave them space.
And they, without promising anything, gave their all.
At PEREZ DOMINGO, we believe training someone is not about telling them what to do, but about guiding them to discover what they are capable of.
Thank you, girls, for your dedication, your attitude, and for reminding us once again that the future is not to be awaited.
It is accompanied, listened to, and propelled.
