The business world is currently undergoing profound organisational and technological changes that require a different understanding of the ways in which work and human resources are organised. In this regard, we are aware of the difficulties involved in coordinating one’s working life with one’s family and personal life and we therefore wish to develop a business model which implements measures for their reconciliation. This is even more pertinent knowing that it constitutes a basic requirement for achieving equality between women and men in today’s labour organisations. The meeting of the 14th of December 2017 was sponsored by Perez Domingo-LCS Valencia and held in Marina de Valencia, Muelle de la Aduana, s/n, – 46024 Valencia.   Mr Laurent Paillassot, President of the French-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Orange Spain, shared with the attendees the challenges and benefits of technological transformation in the city of Valencia. Also involved was Mrs Sandra Gómez López, first Deputy Mayor and Councilwoman of Sustainable Economic Development of Valencia Council, who updated us on the new projects of the Marina.
